Sami Behzad and his team just completed remodeling a guest bathroom for me. This is the second project he has done; the first being a total kitchen remodel a year and a half ago. The work started on the date Sami said it would and was completed on time as well. I always knew what tradesman was scheduled for each day and what work they were doing/how long it would take. And his workers are nothing short of phenomenal, all special... ists in their trade. How many times have we all heard stories of contractors not fulfilling their project timelines, Sammy told us how long it would take and his guys would be there everyday except Sundays until the job was done. And he is there everyday during the project to advise what's happening to make sure we understand what occurs everyday and answer any of our questions. He is friendly but very professional. From day one, Sami presented us with a detailed ... schedule. Every day he kept us informed which crew will be coming the next day and what time. Sami had a professional crew. The crew stayed until their work is finished. At the end of the day, they cleaned the work area. The work was completed on schedule and within the budget. Sami keeps you informed on what the work will be from day to day, and he is on the job site almost daily checking on the progress of the work. He has excellent rapport with his tradesmen— most who have been with him for a long time. In fact, I learned that some are second generation, their fathers having worked for Sami in the past. "Sami was a pleasure to work with" is an understatement. His professionalism and work ethic have no equal. He swooped in, designed our dream kitchen in his head in a matter on minutes, and scheduled all the subs to flow in perfectly. We hit a snag... with a load bearing wall and his plan around it I actually liked better than removing it. He filled every minute of everyday with productive work.
